For Purchases:
1. Please make sure you provide us your email, contact numbers and delivery address.
2. Clearly stated the model & quantity of the purchase.
3. Payment via Cash on delivery, direct bank transfer to DBS bank account & Paypal.
4. We will refund in full, if we are unable to ship the model of your order due to out of inventory.
5. Goods sold are not refundable or exchangeable.
For Shipment:
1. Shipment will be done in 3 days upon payment receipt. (Mon-Fri, excludes Holidays)
2. We will provide an email/sms/telephone notification of the delivery date.
3. Unit price include Island wide delivery. For self-collection locations: Tanjong Pagar Plaza(NTUC) & Harbour Front Center(Cold storage). Other locations subject to acceptance.
4. Please take note that it is not our responsibility for postal damage.
5. We do not provide any refund/replacement of lost of items to undeliverable address for oversea shipment.
